03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
06 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
07 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
08 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, plus extra for garnish
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Garlic Bread

10 - 4 thick slices French or Italian bread
11 - Garlic butter (mix softened butter with minced garlic and parsley)

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Evenly spread garlic butter over bread slices and arrange on baking sheet.

05 - Add 1 tablespoon butter and white wine or chicken broth to skillet. Simmer for 1–2 minutes to deglaze. Stir in lemon juice, red pepper flakes if desired, and remaining butter until sauce is smooth.
06 - Return shrimp to skillet and gently toss to coat in sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and stir.
