01 - 1 medium pineapple, peeled and sliced for the beard
02 - 1 large red apple, sliced for Santa's hat

03 - 1 banana, peeled and sliced for the face
04 - 2 kiwifruits, peeled and sliced for eyes and hat trim
05 - 2 blueberries for pupils
06 - 1 strawberry for the nose
07 - 6–8 mini marshmallows for hat trim and pom-pom
08 - 6–8 seedless red grapes, sliced for the mouth and decoration

09 - 1 handful pomegranate seeds
10 - Fresh mint leaves for extra color
# Method:
01 - Slice the pineapple into thin half-moon pieces and arrange them in a fan shape at the bottom of a large serving platter to form Santa's beard.
02 - Place banana slices above the pineapple in an oval shape to represent Santa's face.
03 - Arrange apple slices in an arc above the banana slices to simulate Santa's hat.
04 - Line the base of the hat with kiwi slices and cluster mini marshmallows at the tip to form the pom-pom.
05 - Use kiwi slices and blueberries to fashion the eyes and position them on the banana face.
06 - Place the strawberry centrally on the face as Santa's nose.
07 - Slice red grapes and arrange them to form Santa's smiling mouth.
08 - Scatter pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves around the platter for added color and festivity.
09 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
