02 - 4 whole large dill pickles
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

05 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
06 - 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
# Method:
01 - Arrange the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
02 - Evenly distribute 1 ounce (about 2 tablespoons) of softened cream cheese over each tortilla.
03 - Position a slice of cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped dill and finely diced red onion over the cheese, then drizzle with yellow mustard.
05 - Set one whole dill pickle along the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Roll the tortilla tightly around the pickle, securing all fillings inside.
07 - Cut each roll into 1-inch pieces or present whole as preferred.
