02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, optional
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

09 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional, or nutritional yeast for vegan
# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and pat dry using a clean kitchen towel.
03 - Combine pasta in mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes if desired, salt, pepper, and Parmesan or nutritional yeast. Toss until evenly coated.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, tossing halfway through, until pasta chips turn golden and crisp.
06 - Remove from oven and allow chips to cool slightly before serving. Serve plain or with preferred dips.
