# Method:
01 - Slice mini bagels in half horizontally and arrange cut-side up on a large platter in the shape of five interlocking Olympic rings.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Separate cream cheese mixture evenly into five bowls. To each, add one topping: black olives, yellow bell pepper, dill or chives, tomatoes or roasted red peppers, and purple cabbage or blue food coloring. Mix thoroughly.
04 - Generously spread each colored cream cheese onto two bagel halves, matching the designated Olympic ring colors.
05 - Arrange decorated bagel halves on the platter to form the interconnected Olympic rings, allowing slight overlap where needed.
06 - Top each ring with a fresh basil leaf and optionally sprinkle edible gold dust or sesame seeds for a medal-like appearance.
