Crispy wings coated with garlic, Parmesan, and herbs, prepared quickly in the air fryer.
# What you'll need:
→ Chicken
01 - 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1/2 tsp paprika
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
→ Garlic-Parmesan Sauce
07 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
08 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
11 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
12 - Salt and pepper, to taste
# Method:
01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
02 - Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for an additional 10 to 13 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
04 - While wings cook, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, avoiding browning. Remove from heat.
05 - Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl. Pour garlic butter over wings, add grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Toss to coat thoroughly.
06 - Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper as desired. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.
