# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Reserve.
03 - In a large bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
04 - Add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, blending until homogenous.
05 - Gradually blend reserved dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing only until just combined.
06 - Gently incorporate half of the festive sprinkles into the dough.
07 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough (about 1.5 inches wide), roll into balls, and dip tops into remaining sprinkles.
08 - Set dough balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
09 - Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers appear set but soft.
10 - Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes; transfer to wire rack for complete cooling.
