# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, sea salt, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well blended.
04 - Fold in the apple butter with the wet mixture until fully combined.
05 - Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold together just until no dry streaks remain. Avoid overmixing.
06 - Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
07 - In a small bowl, blend granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly across the surface of the batter.
