# What you'll need:

01 - 2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder
02 - 2 tablespoons hot water (approximately 175°F)

03 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
04 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus additional for garnish

→ Milk

05 - 2 cups unsweetened oat milk

→ Optional

06 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Method:

01 - Whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
02 - Combine oat milk, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until steaming without boiling.
03 - Optional: Stir in vanilla extract into the heated milk mixture.
04 - Pour the heated oat milk mixture into the matcha, whisking or frothing until fully incorporated and frothy.
05 - Divide the latte evenly between two mugs.
06 - Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve immediately.
