03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)

# Method:

01 - In a large bowl, mix chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly using tongs to ensure even coating. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust dressing quantity if preferred. Set aside.
02 - Heat tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds on each side until pliable. Alternatively, microwave tortillas wrapped in paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm covered with a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean work surface. Evenly distribute the salad mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly like a burrito. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Present wraps whole or sliced in half according to preference.
