# Method:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet rice flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth, sticky dough forms.
