A crispy& flavorful appetizer featuring spicy buffalo chicken dip rolled in wonton wrappers and baked to perfection. Perfect for parties and game day snacking.

The first time I served these pinwheel wontons at a family game night, they disappeared within minutes. Everyone loved how the buffalo flavor paired with the creamy cheese and crunchy wrapper—now they're requested for every celebration.

My kids love helping roll the wontons and brush on the egg wash. It's one of those family kitchen activities that brings everyone together.

Make Ahead & Storage

You can assemble the pinwheels a few hours ahead, cover, and refrigerate until ready to bake. Leftovers stay crisp for a day if stored in an airtight container.

Air Fryer Option

To air fry: arrange pinwheels in a single layer in your air fryer basket, cook at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway for even browning.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping, alongside celery sticks for a classic buffalo pairing.
