03 - 5 oz sliced Swiss or cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
05 - 2 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard (optional)

06 - 3.5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
08 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
10 - ½ tsp garlic powder
11 - ½ tsp onion powder
12 - Pinch of salt
# Method:

04 - Place the top halves of the buns over the layered fillings.
05 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey or brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Brush this mixture evenly over the bun tops.
06 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
07 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
08 - Cut into sliders and serve immediately while warm.
