02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

04 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus additional for drizzling
05 - 1 tsp lemon zest
06 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 small garlic clove, minced

08 - 2 tbsp honey
09 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
10 - 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
11 - ½ tsp cracked black pepper
12 - Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

# Method:
01 - In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic until very smooth and creamy, approximately 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down the sides as necessary.
02 - Taste the mixture and add additional lemon juice or olive oil to reach preferred flavor balance.
03 - Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl and create a swirl pattern on the surface with the back of a spoon.
04 - Drizzle generously with honey and olive oil, then sprinkle with chopped dill, mint, cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
05 - Serve immediately accompanied by pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetable crudités.
