06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

08 - 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

# Method:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl or large mason jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - Add creamy peanut butter and mini chocolate chips to the mixture. Stir to distribute evenly throughout.
03 - Cover the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours to allow the oats to fully hydrate and reach a creamy consistency.
04 - In the morning, stir the overnight oats. Add a splash of milk if a looser consistency is preferred.
05 - Transfer to a serving bowl and top with sliced bananas, a drizzle of peanut butter, and additional chocolate chips as desired. Serve immediately.
