# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
02 - Combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
03 - Pat chicken thighs dry using paper towels. Place chicken in a large bowl or zip-top bag and coat thoroughly with herb marinade.
04 - Place marinated chicken thighs skin-side up on a wire rack set atop a rimmed baking sheet.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until skin is deep golden and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 165°F (74°C).
