# Method:

01 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
02 - Form ground beef into 8 equal patties, about 2 inches wide. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
03 - Grill the bacon slices on the cooler side of the grill until crispy, about 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally. Set aside on paper towels.

07 - Serve immediately while hot with your favorite sides.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • These sliders are a crowd-pleaser, easily devoured in a few bites.
  • They combine rich flavors with simple preparation, making them perfect for any gathering.
02 -
  • When grilling the patties, be careful not to press them down with the spatula; that squeezes out the juices.
  • Adding a sprinkle of smoked paprika to the beef mix can elevate the flavor profile significantly.
03 -
  • Let the patties rest for a few minutes after grilling; this lets the juices redistribute.
  • Use a meat thermometer to perfectly gauge doneness—aim for 160°F (70°C) for safety.
