# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Boil elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook each side for 6 to 7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, then shred with forks. Toss shredded chicken with barbecue sauce and set aside.
04 - Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk while whisking constantly, cooking until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
