# What you'll need:
→ Waffle Batter

03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 1½ cups whole milk

09 - ½ cup granulated sugar
10 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
11 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)
# Method:
01 - Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In another bowl, whisk together the whole milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
04 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
05 - Lightly grease the waffle iron, pour the batter onto the iron, and cook until waffles are golden brown and crisp, approximately 3 to 5 minutes per waffle.
