# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
04 - Whisk eggs and vanilla extract into the wet mixture until combined.

07 - Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, spacing about 2 inches apart.
