# What you'll need:

01 - 3.5 oz aged cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes

04 - 3.5 oz green olives, pitted and drained

05 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
06 - Crackers or breadsticks, for serving

01 - Alternate cheese cubes and olives on a large square or rectangular platter to form a chessboard pattern, starting with cheddar, then black olive, followed by mozzarella, and green olive.
02 - Continue placing ingredients alternately until the platter is completely filled, maintaining the pattern consistently.
03 - Sprinkle finely chopped fresh parsley over the arrangement for a fresh visual and flavor enhancement, if desired.
