# Method:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly mash the banana until smooth with minimal lumps.
02 - Beat eggs in a small bowl, then add to the mashed banana. Stir until the batter is uniform.
03 - Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Lightly grease if desired.
04 - Pour approximately 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake onto skillet, forming rounds about 3 inches wide.
05 - Cook 1 to 2 minutes until edges set and bubbles appear, then flip gently and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until golden.
